Return Process
To initiate a return, log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the item you wish to return and choose the return reason. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions via email.
Return Conditions
Custom jewelry, engraved items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items that have been damaged due to misuse cannot be returned. Sale items and clearance items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
Yes, we offer free exchanges for different sizes within 30 days of purchase. Simply initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the correct size. We'll provide store credit for the returned item.
